Robbery is when someone uses force, threats, or intimidation to take or steal something directly from another person, or in front of that person. Robbery is different from theft in that the victim must be present and witness the incident. Aggravated Robbery is when someone has or uses a weapon or pretends to have a weapon when they rob another person.
