Some crime victims want to keep their addresses secret.
The Address Confidentiality Program (ACP) is run by the Colorado Division of Central Services (DCS). Victims of domestic violence, sexual crimes, and/or stalking can get a legal substitute address through the program. This is an address victims can use for things such as their mail, driver’s license, and voter registration.
